Welcome to MaleDepression.com’s chat center.  Here, you can talk to other men who are recovering from or managing depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders.  Come in, have a cup of coffee or tea, and stay a while.  Find camaraderie and support here.  Offer kindness and encouragement to others, when you can.  Help others heal as you heal. Your presence, too, is a valuable gift to others, so feel free to join us and be one of the guys.
Until further notice, chats are held every Tuesday evening, at 8:00 p.m. Central Time (North America) (that’s 01:00 GMT on Wednesday morning, from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November, and 02:00 GMT on Wednesday morning during the rest of the year).
